Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 Bussines Days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Exoticseedsandplants is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Exoticseedsandplants is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or us if you think is needed or the damages hapened because of our fault.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim or contacting us.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason the order is defective or there is an error due to our fault, we will refund the money back to your card or resend the item  to you. We will not accept returns if you have damaged the seeds or seedlings by not knowing how to sow or plant and maintain them correctly. If you have any questions, always write to us before doing anything at our gmail and we will help you with anything.

How long does delivery take?

All orders are ship within 1-3 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us at exoticseedsandplants.com

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

All tracking number will be updated to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available, only applies in case you selected shipping with tracking number.

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.

We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped, only before.

Invalid Reasons:

 

    1. Buyer no longer wants the items – The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

    1. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
